The Ketton and Tinwell Neighbourhood Plan is now at the public referendum stage.
The referendum is scheduled to take place on Thursday 20 July 2023.
Residents of Ketton and Tinwell will be asked:
“Do you want Rutland County Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Ketton and Tinwell to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
If the plan is successful at referendum, it will be ‘made’ (adopted) by us. This means it’ll become part of the development plan for this area, against which planning applications will be assessed.
