Ketton resident Dr. Jay Naylor has made a film documentary about Ketton. It has been filmed exclusively on Kodak Super8 film and is soon to be released.
Jay explained “Essentially the project is my attempt to capture a record of our parish in the 2020s. Doing so on the medium of film ensures a physical archive for at least the next 100 years. I also just wanted to try and capture the beauty of Ketton and its deep history whilst drawing attention to a number of issues which I feel pose challenges to the village and its residents moving forward. I feel fortunate to have grown up here and so feel rather passionately about the protection and continued charm of Ketton, it’s people, it’s wildlife and it’s history.”
