Two more vaccination clinics taking place in Rutland for residents aged 16 and over.
The clinics will be at Oakham Enterprise Park, Ashwell Road, Oakham, LE15 7TU on the following dates:
• Saturday 9th October: 9am to 6pm
• Tuesday 12th October: 9am to 6pm
All clinics are welcoming all local residents, that are yet to have either their first or are due their second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Appointments can be booked in advance by using the National Covid Vaccination Online Booking Service https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/ or by calling 119. People can also walk-in without making an appointment.
For all patients that would like to attend for their second dose, they must have had their first dose a minimum of eight weeks before. People aged 16 and 17 are only currently eligible to receive their first dose of the vaccine.
Booster vaccinations will also be available at these clinics. Booster jabs are only for those who have been invited by the NHS, and these appointments must be booked in advance using the National Booking Service they are not available on a walk-in basis.
