PLANNING APPLICATION APPEAL
Land off Park Road/ Timbergate Rd /Bartles Hollow.
Developers Vistry Homes have submitted an appeal against the refusal, in July 2021, of their 2020/0942/OUT planning application.
The Planning Inspectorate will only see, and take into account, comments made against the 2020 application, not against the 2021 application ref 2021/1452/MAO, which was refused in Feb 2022.
